Royals WIN in 6 - Move on to Semi-Finals!!!
In front of a large crowd, the Royals were firing on all cylinders, Winning game 6 vs. Minto by a score of 7-0 behind the steadfast goaltending of #30 Jensen van Boekel.

The boys came into Game 6 motivated to finish the series on home ice and the fans weren't to be disappointed! It didn't take long for the game to see its first goal with the Royals hitting the board early with a goal from #17 Deven Kropf (assisted by Sauder/Christner).  Later in the period with 1:02 remaining it was #15 Matt Zilke smashing in the loose puck (assisted by M. Noyes/Robichaud) to give the Royals a 2-0 lead after the first period.


The Royals kept rolling in the 2nd with goals from C. Leslie (assisted by Kienapple) and Patrick Vulgan (unassisted).

The Royals offence continued through the 3rd period with Zilke (assisted by Hartwick), Robichaud (assisted by Kienapple/Jeremy Munro) and Jeremy Munro (unasssisted) all with goals to bring the tally to 7 goals for the home team and Minto left scoreless thanks to the efforts of #30 Jensen van Boekel in net for the Royals, stopping all 27 shots he faced.
