Royals Finish the Weekend with a Big Win in Seaforth
Game 2 of the series went Saturday night in front of a packed barn in Tavistock.  

#10 Sean Kienapple opened the scoring up at 5:29 in the 1st frame, assisted by #16 Sean Leslie.  Just over a minute later Seaforth answered back at 4:05 while the Royals regained the lead at 3:36 with a goal by #15 Matt Zilke, assisted by #23 Luke Macmillan.  At the end of the 1st the Royals lead was 2-1.




The 2nd period saw each team notch a goal starting with #23 Luke Macmillan for the Royals at 18:29, assisted by #18 Trevor Sauder, while Seaforth added another at 3:15.  3-2 for the Royals after 2 periods of play.

Seaforth added 2 more in the 3rd and despite a flurry of chances, the Royals had to settle for a 4-3 loss on home ice.

Game 3
 of the series went Sunday in Seaforth, with the Royals ready to redeem themselves after Saturday night's loss.

Returning from suspension, #12 Collin Hartwick was eager to get things start and opened the scoring a 6:55 in the 1st, assisted by #18 Trevor Sauder and #23 Luke Macmillan.

The 2nd period was all Royals, with the first scored by #18 Trevor Sauder (assisted by #5 Geoff Killing and #10 Sean Kienapple) and second scored by #10 Sean Kienapple (assisted by #5 Geoff Killing).

The visiting Royals took a 4-0 lead at 15:33 in the 3rd with a heroic assist by #18 Trevor Sauder with #16 Sean Leslie putting the puck in the net.  In the dying minutes of the period, Seaforth scored a pair but were unable to overcome the deficit, ending in a 4-2 win for the Royals to close the series a bit, with Seaforth still leading 2 games to 1 in the semi-final.
